Pricing & Packages
At Shamrock Athletics, our training packages are designed to encourage consistency and commitment to your exercise routine. We don’t charge any membership fees or lock you in to any terms or contracts, and we actively encourage you to partake in other forms of movement outside of Shamrock Athletics. See below for details on Personal Training and Semi-Private Training packages. For package purchases, please email cormac@shamrockathletics.ca.
Drop in casually or as often as you’d like with our PAYG rates. You can feel free to book a session online anytime. If you have a more specific goal and need some ongoing guidance and accountability, then a package is the best value for you. The package expiry dates are there to ensure you commit yourself to a structured routine during the Personal Training program.
Our Semi-Private Training packages are designed for those looking to join in on at least one workout per week. Regular attendance in these sessions will show clear individual progress across a number of movements and areas of fitness. If it’s just a really good, full body workout you’re looking for every so often, PAYG is your best bet.
