SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Group fitness will always make you sweat, but do you ever feel like nobody is checking your form or work rate? Our Semi-Private workouts hold a maximum of 6 participants, allowing for personal feedback and coaching for each individual. Knowing when to progress or to take a step back is vital, and our coach's job is to improve you as YOU - and not just another number in a class.
